Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change and sometimes things happen that are outside your control. To keep appointment times available and fair to everyone, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancelling or rescheduling

• 48 hours or more notice: No charge and your appointment can be rescheduled.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.

• Same-day cancellation or non-attendance: The full treatment fee will be charged.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible by email or phone.

Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. These will always be considered on an individual basis, and I will do my best to be understanding and flexible where I can.

If I need to cancel

If I need to cancel your appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you the option to reschedule. If you have already paid for the appointment and do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
